I found that water smoothed out a lot of the rough edges, but it's hard to ignore that you're getting an agricultural product. Its acidity and quick finish almost give it a carbonated character.<br /><br />That's not to write off its complexity, however. I would recommend a bottle of this to anyone looking to expand their palate with a challenging spirit that you have to think about while tasting.
